By accessing or using PocketJr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you differ to these terms, please do not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, children, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PocketJr is a financial education platform designed to help parents teach their children about personal finance, savings, and money management. The Service provides a "virtual economy" environment where parents can track allowances, assign chores, and manage "virtual funds" for their children.

Important Disclaimer: PocketJr is NOT a bank or a financial institution. The "funds" represented in the application are virtual records tracked by parents ("Bank of Mom & Dad"). PocketJr does not hold, transfer, or insure actual monetary funds. All real-world payouts are managed externally by parents at their sole discretion.

3. User Accounts

• Parent Accounts: You must be at least 18 years old to create a Parent Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Child Accounts: Parent users may create sub-accounts for their children. By creating a Child Account, you consent to your child's use of the Service under your supervision.

4. Parental Responsibility

As a Parent user, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for:

• Monitoring your child's activity on the platform.
• Fulfilling any "virtual" financial promises or allowance payouts made within the app.
• Ensuring that the content and tasks assigned to your children are appropriate.

5. Privacy and Data Security

We take the privacy of our users, especially children, very seriously. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PocketJr and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
