Google User Data

To provide seamless authentication, PocketJr allows users to sign in using their Google account. In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we explicitly disclose the following:

1. Data Accessed

When you sign in with Google, PocketJr accesses the following information:

• Full Name: To display your identity within the application.
• Email Address: To serve as your unique account identifier and for communication.
• Profile Picture: To personalize your user interface.

2. Data Usage

The Google user data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account.
• Account Management: To create and maintain your user profile across sessions.
• Communication: To send important service updates, security alerts, or password reset information.

3. Data Sharing

We place a high priority on your privacy. PocketJr does not share, sell, or rent your Google user data to any third parties, including advertisers or data brokers.

Data is only shared with third-party service providers (such as our database hosting provider) strictly for the purpose of helping us operate our application, and they are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Storage & Protection

Your Google user data is stored securely in our encrypted database. We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest, to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention: We retain your Google user data only for as long as your account is active and necessary to provide our services.

Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. You can request data deletion by contacting us at admin@pocketjr.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete all your personal data, including Google user data, from our systems within 30 days.
